At Farmaile, we are committed to delivering your favorite spices and seasonings safely and efficiently. Every order is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During festive seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across most serviceable locations within India.

If your location is not serviceable by our logistics partners, our customer support team will contact you regarding your order.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order value
  • Applicable shipping promotions

The final shipping charge (if applicable) is displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, Farmaile may offer free shipping on eligible orders as part of promotional campaigns.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Order confirmation
  • Shipping confirmation
  • Tracking number
  • Courier details

You can track your shipment using the tracking link shared via email or SMS.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

the shipment may be returned to us.

Re-shipping charges may apply for returned shipments.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Missing items

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

We will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Farmaile is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
