At Farmaile, we take pride in delivering premium-quality spices and seasonings that are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. Your satisfaction is important to us, and if something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of food products and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, if your order meets any of the conditions below, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Eligible Refund & Replacement Cases
We will gladly provide a full refund or replacement if:
1. Damaged Product
If your product arrives damaged during transit.
Examples include:
- Broken bottle or packaging
- Seal already opened or tampered
- Product leakage
- Significant physical damage
2. Expired Product
If you receive a product that is already expired or is unfit for consumption due to expiry.
3. Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
4. Missing Items
If any item from your confirmed order is missing upon delivery.
Reporting an Issue
To help us resolve your request quickly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your Order Number
- Product photographs
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue

Refund Process
Once your request has been reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- The refund is usually completed within 5 - 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.
Replacement Process
Where applicable, we may choose to send a replacement product instead of issuing a refund.
Replacement orders are generally dispatched within 2 – 5 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Failure to receive the delivery after multiple delivery attempts.
- Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality.
- Products that have been opened, consumed, or partially used.
- Requests made after 48 hours from the delivery date.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, contact our support team immediately after placing your order.
